WATER SERVICE: A $75.00 connection fee is due when applying for water service. This fee is non-refundable. You must have your SS#, a valid driver’s license or ID card, a current billing address, and phone # to activate your service. The Town will also need a copy of your lease or rental agreement.

WATER BILLS are due by the 10th of the month. Payments received after the 10th will have a 10% penalty applied. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, your water service will be cut-off. A $25.00 service charge will be added to your account, at which time the total balance must be paid in order to have your water service turned back on.

OFFICE HOURS: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday 8:30-5:00 p.m. Wednesday 8:30 -12:00. Lunch 12:00-12:45 pm. If you are unable to come in during those hours, please drop your payment in the slot on the front of the building marked ‘PAYMENTS’.

GARBAGE SERVICE is available to customers living within the city limits of Ridge Spring, the fee will be included on your water bill. Please have your garbage roll cart in front of your residence on Tuesday evenings for pick-up on Wednesday morning. Commercial garbage pick up is Monday and Thursday.

LIMB PICK-UP is a service offered by the town as a convenience to our citizens within the town limits. Limbs will be picked up on Thursdays, so have them piled out front on the roadside for easy access. A copy of our YARD REFUSE ORDINANCE is available upon request; it simply states guidelines for disposing of limbs, leaves and yard debris, etc.

DOGS should be kept on a leash or in a pen. If a dog is found wandering, it will be impounded by Aiken SPCA. The town fees for collection will be:

     First Time: $25.00
     Second Time: $50.00
     Third and subsequent time: $100.00

Additional fees will be added by the Aiken SPCA.
